The nearby bus station made exploring the farther attractions easy, and the staff's willingness to support with transportation was very much appreciated during our stay.

great location with friendly staff
The location was ideal, as I could easily walk to almost all major attractions. The staff, two brothers, went above and beyond to help create a personalized sightseeing itinerary that made my stay memorable. Additionally, I enjoyed the city view from my room, which added to the overall charm of my experience.
However, the shower pressure could use improvement.

This place was wicked nice! The staff were super friendly, gave me a map, and explained all the must-see spots. The room was clean and comfy, perfect for a solo budget traveler like me. Plus, I could get some water from the little fridge at the front desk for cheap. Hard to beat that!

The location of the hotel is superb, just a short walk from the main attractions in Bologna. I appreciated how close it was to everything I wanted to explore. The staff were really nice and offered helpful tips about the city. The single room came with a private external bathroom, an essential for my stay. Unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable. I could feel the slats underneath, which made for a rough night's sleep. Also, the heating was off during my stay, making it chilly at night. I found the bathroom to be slightly unkempt. the garbage basket was full, raising concerns about cleanliness. On a positive note, the warm blanket helped me get through the cold nights. I paid about 60 euros, and given the condition of the room, it felt a bit overpriced. If they can improve the bed and ensure thorough cleaning, it would make for a much better experience.

decent location, clean facilities
Rooms could use an upgrade to match the price. old furniture, noisy street view without air conditioning!!! Poor cleanliness in the bathroom. no toiletries provided, heating issues make chilly nights uncomfortable.

The location is a huge plus, with major sights easily reachable on foot and a nearby bus station for extended explorations. Staff were welcoming and exceptionally helpful with local tips, which enhanced the experience. However, the room's heating system was inadequate, leaving it quite chilly at night, and the furniture felt unstable with some cleanliness concerns in the bathroom. The rate of 60 euros seemed unbalanced given the room's condition and amenities.
